Admitted in 1997 to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor in Victoria. Athena holds over 25 years of private legal practice as an Employment and Workplace Relations Lawyer acting on behalf of employers and senior executive employees.

Previous employment at law firms, Deacons Lawyers (now Norton Rose Fulbright) and at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal. Athena is currently a Principal, consulting and acting for employers and executive employees across various industries and sectors.
